This workshop is about becoming a master of Yoga in the gravitational field using some revolutionary Blissology Yoga concepts. March 27 – Reinventing Backbends
|Learn how find freedom, joy and movement in your yoga asanas and
discover why the word ‘backbending’ has to be removed from yoga lexicon. To call a yoga asana a backbend is misleading since what we are really doing is creating a evenly distributed lengthening in the fibers of the front body without creating any compression in the joints of the back body.
We will break down what Tension and Compression mean and understand why they are so integral to the yoga poses and the aging process. Use Eoin’s powerful insights to create a safe, therapeutic and totally ecstatic pose.
March 28 – Ayurveda, the Gunas
Discover how ayurveda (the science of Life), a rich, ancient body of insights and principles has a resonance so essential to the ebb and flow of our modern lives. Learn how to apply ayurvedic insights to your yoga practice, making it more therapeutic, beneficial and a powerful tool to live your life with awareness, presence, balance and ease.
In this workshop, we will discuss the basic principles of ayurveda, determine our principal “doshas” or mind-body types and flow through a dynamic “tri-doshic” vinyasa practice that is both energizing and calming and leads us to a sattvic (whole) state of being.

This Blissology Yoga workshop combines teachings about how to create openings in your body and heart that will leave you feeling lighter and more joyous. Experience both a rocking vinyasa flow to help you feel fit and strong; along with a deep exploration of Blissology Yoga principles that will help you make your yoga practice deeper, yet safe and blissful. We will examine and understand small micro-movements that offer exquisite refinements to your yoga poses so you can go freely into yummy places in your hips and the shoulders.
