We are all about community. Our Blissology mission is about tuning into something powerful that allows us to feel all connections deeply. The body, mind, heart connection; the connection of our personal relationships; our communities, and the environment. Tying this back to yoga, the simple idea is that the way we treat ourselves in our own practice, is the way we will treat all other relationships; so we have to be mindful of our experience, to be in touch with kindness, to be educated and to have a clear vision of what we can do to make positive changes.
We also believe that on the Blissology path that it is not just pure hedonism and personal pleasure (although there is a time and place for this, for sure) but as quoted from Jack Krakhauer’s book, Into the Wild, “Happiness is Best When Shared.”
To this end we believe in supporting community programs both formally and informally, in planned and spontaneous ways and in big and small ways.
