My first Yoga teacher training was on the science of the Chakras, with the Valhalla Yoga Center in Victoria. I was drawn to Eoin and his classes because of the amazing sense of community I got while in his class. After taking the Yoga teacher training program with him, I feel even more a part of that community. Staying active and connected to nature refuels our spirits and keeps us young forever.”
