The Global Blissology Project 2015 is launching January 1-31, 2015. Lead by a global tribe of Blissology Conduits, this course will inspire you to cultivate your most blissful attitude. There are five Blissology Commitments which we do daily in a group which create mental habits of positive thinking. You will see that BLISS is an acronym for Beautiful Living is Super Simple. What you will find is even though these habits are simple, their effects are very deep.
The Five Blissology Commitments are:
We will create communities online and around the world in local yoga studios to share our progress with each of these Blissology Commitments.
Each day, we will have a global theme to our yoga practices and meditations. For example one day may be more about strengthening or relaxation or twists. As well, each daily meditation will be different (some days about stillness, some days about breath, some days about manifesting)
We will also be sharing recipes for you to enjoy to increase your vitality on the Blissology “pranameter!” You will be amazed at the vitality you gain when you really commit to putting clean, green food in your system.
