Meditation is so key because it sets our mind at ease, this allows us to experience stillness. From the still place we reach the deep wisdom of the heart. The force that allows us to feel connected to all life at a deep level. It is this place that everyone in the world should experience more of so we can get in touch with in order to have balanced relationships with body, mind, community and nature.
