Hello Eoin:
I first learned about you from my yoga teacher trainer Alicia Cheung with whom I trained in May and June of 2011 on the magical island of Bali. I live in Moosomin, Saskatchewan and have opened my own little yoga studio.
I bought your blissology dvd series when I was in Vancouver in October and love them, and I would be honourred to take some classes with you. I realize the Hollyhock classes is for anyone, but I just thought I would ask if it contributes any continuing education credits.
Any chance that you may be hosting a 500 hour training in the future?
Thank you,
Bev
hi bev
thanks for checking in. we love and miss alicia – she is awesome!
yeah, the hollyhock series counts towards continuing education credits with the yoga alliance. it will be fun. we also have a 500 hour program. you may like our 5 day intensive for teachers in vancouver sept 10-14 – it will be incredible.
much love and aloha

hi there–is this doable for someone with age/some experience as issues???I have your dvds and go to a studio for classes–what is the schedule like for this/
The Hollyhock experience is definitely doable for someone with age/experience challenges. You will do a lot of detail work which is slower, gentle and more precise as well as a flow practice. Anything that is too advanced and challenging, you can sit out. Also, feel free to ask loads of questions or for modifications.
