How long does it take to download a purchased video?
Once you are in the “shop” section of blissology.com, you can click on the option to purchase “videos” from the scroll down menu. In the video section, you will be asked to choose from the various titles of yoga DVDs we currently have in our library. Upon selecting the DVD you would like to purchase a routine from / or the entire DVD, you will be taken to that DVD’s description page. Here you can watch a preview video and decide whether you would like to purchase a physical DVD, or simply download one or some routines from this DVD right onto your computer and/or iPod/iPhone.
Each download is marked with a descriptor (single routine download) or (all routines download) denoting whether you are purchasing either all the routines on a DVD or a single routine. This will be reflected in the price. A single routine costs $2.99 while our complete DVDs cost around $21.99.
When you choose your purchase, click on add to cart and follow the instructions to pay for your purchase.
After you have entered your credit card information into our secure server and the transaction has been approved, you will be directed to your shopping cart page, where there will be a link to your “My account” page. Please go to this link where you will see the download you purchased. When you click on the download, it will prompt you to using iTunes as the default application. Please approve this and then wait as the computer opens your iTunes window. (If you do not have iTunes installed, there is a link on your “My account” page that will allow you to download the latest version of iTunes for free).
In iTunes, the yoga routine will begin downloading in the podcast section of iTunes (not in the purchased items section) – please keep this in mind.
If for some reason your computer runs out of power or you have to stop your download, you can resume it simply in iTunes by clicking the toggle button to the right of the downloading routine.
Please keep in mind that downloading currently requires iTunes 8.2 or higher.

Absolutely, go to the shopping page on our website, choose your video of choice from the selection on offer and make sure you choose the item with the DVD icon to the left. The descriptor will specify DVD with all routines + shipping fees.
Follow the checkout prompts, put in your personal information into our secure online server and you will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been approved.
Go to the shop page, follow it to the video downloads. Choose the DVD routine for which you have a coupon. Once you get to that page, you will see text that directs you to a special coupon link. Upon clicking on that page, enter the coupon code, click submit and be taken to a new window. Be sure to also fill out your contact info if you would like to subscribe to our newsletter at this time. Don’t worry if you see nothing happening on this new window, iTunes will open up simultaneously and you will see the routine downloading in the podcast section of iTunes.
iTunes is the most popular cross-platform media player application available. Our downloads are designed specifically for use with iTunes and all iTunes compatible devices. Using technology built into iTunes purchases made on our site download automatically into a personalized feed (Podcast subscription) inside your iTunes library. Any time you make a subsequent purchase from our site, those items immediately become available for download in iTunes.

Maintaining your purchases after successful download is your responsibility. Generally we do not allow for the videos to be re-downloaded over and over again. We do make exceptions from time to time. Please contact customer support: info (at) blissology.com and explain why you need to re-download your purchases.
Multiple purchases happen on rare occasions when the purchaser accidentally hits the “complete purchase” button in quick succession during checkout. We have a system in place that automatically detects double charges and other billing errors. Once the flagged billing activity has been reviewed by a human, most double charges are immediately voided or refunded. Refunds take a few days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
If you think this has happened and we didn’t catch it, please contact customer support info (at) blissology.com and we’ll check it out. If this has happened, we’ll issue a refund immediately.
The length of time it takes for the video file to download depends a number of factors; the running time of the video, the speed of your internet connection and your geographic location. We strive to offer fast downloads world wide.
Customers downloading from North America can expect download times ranging anywhere from 30 secs to about an hour depending on title purchased. International customers, especially in areas that are not located near an edge server can expect slightly longer times.

So you are having problems with your download…
The first step is to make sure you are looking in the proper place for your Podcast (video), Podcasts downloaded from our website will be in one of two different places. If the download is complete you will find it in the Podcast section of iTunes, if it is incomplete or partially downloaded it will be in the Downloads section of iTunes. If you look in the Movies or Music section of iTunes you will not find our videos/podcasts!
Before reading further, please open iTunes and check both the Podcasts and Downloads section of iTunes.
What sometimes happens is that you may lose your internet connection or you tried to download too many videos at once and they didn’t download completely. In this case open up iTunes – go to the Downloads section and resume the download as seen in the screen shot below.
Be sure that you are under the downloads tab in order to resume the download.
If this fails you can check that your iTunes is up to date by visiting these websites.
If your iTunes is up to date and using this resume button doesn’t work then go back to the downloads tab as seen above and delete the partially downloaded video. Then go back into My Account (on Blissology.com) and try clicking the link again.

Playing your video downloads on your iPhone or iPod…
iPods and iPhones need to have the videos converted to a special format, iTunes can do it easily for you.
1) Select the video you just Imported in the movies tab.
2) Click Advanced > Create iPod/iPhone Version. (As seen in screenshot below)
